• MBBS: Dr. Dahal earned his medical degree, an MBBS, from China. The Nepal Medical Council has documented his qualification.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD): He obtained a Doctor of Medicine in Psychiatry and Mental Health from Xinjiang Medical University, which was issued in July 2014.

• Psychiatry trainee: In 2006, after completing his MBBS, he joined the psychiatry team at the 

  B. P. Koirala Institute of Health Science

  in Dharan, Nepal, for a three-year traineeship.

• Modern psychoanalysis: During his work in the Maldives, Dr. Dahal received training in modern psychoanalysis. This specialized training is a core part of his practice at Mansarobar Health Care

• Neuromodulation: He has received training in advanced neuromodulation techniques. He applies these skills at his clinic, which offers therapies like repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and neuro-biofeedback systems.

• Workshops and camps: Dr. Dahal has participated in numerous mental health workshops, programs, and camps in rural Nepal to expand his practical experience beyond traditional hospital settings.
